I Heard this during a bayan:
Rasulallah (SA) on his trip to the seven heavens during Mehraaj was told by Allah Subhanahu that every farishta in every heaven had the intense desire to do deedar of Moulana Ali AS and hence Allah has made one Farishta ( an angel) that resembles Moula Ali AS on each of the seven heaven :).
Pardon my english it was hard to translate.
